You are expected to write a research paper. The main body of the paper should 5 to 6 pages. In addition to the main body, your paper should also have a title page, an abstract, and a reference page. At least half of your references should be from a journal article like the ones found on Hunt Library web site, or Google Scholar. Your grade will be determined using the Research Paper Rubric below. Your topic should have been approved via email by your instructor prior to Module 5.

The topic chosen must relate to a topic discussed in the assigned reading material, but also take a holistic view in that you should integrate knowledge of the concepts that you learned throughout the course. Research relevant to the aviation and aerospace industry is encouraged. Your paper must meet format guidelines contained in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA).
