Research PaperTOPIC CHOOSEN “Social Equity issue within public and personnel administration in the U.S”Students will complete an issue/research paper on a topic closely related to public personneladministration.  You can choose from one of the following options:Task : Identify an important issue related to public and personnel administration and research both sides, and write a position paper. You will be assessed on the following five (5) factors:  quality of research question/issue, problem identification, proposed solution, and discussion.Your report should be organized as follows:Introduction – Identify an important issue related to public and personnel administration and  research both sides, and write a position paper.Problem & Questions– List out the issue that you identified as important in more detail; list out both sides of the issue and the sources you identified to help you better understand both sides of the issue.Discussion and Solution – Summarize your findings to include potential solutions for the problem that you identified.Conclusion – What did you learn?
