DISCUSSION 2:
In my opinion the police will need to increase the knowledge about immigrant population and the young population in the nation and to have a movement that is away from the prison system but toward the community supervision all over the world; epically in the areas that are needed the most. Plus they must try to prevent early criminal behavior in our youth and to prevent addiction to fall on those youth so that it wont continue on to adulthood.
DISCUSSION 3:
Some of the areas that needs to be developed stronger is police relationship with our communities, specifically building trust between communities and law enforcement. perhaps, introducing a better guideline in the use of deadly force.
2. Ending mass incarecreation of drug offenses… perhaps introduce a rehabilitation programs or supervised probation to enable them stay out of jail.
3. Equal sentencing: judges issuing the same sentences for the same offenses regardless of race.
