If there are multiply vales for X that are the same number then it isn’t a function. The same does not aplly for Y values. Therein was my greatest difficultly trying to understand the concept.Example: X: (1,3) (1,4) (2,3) (2,4)D – {1,2}R – {3,4}Plug in any value for X to see if it is a function. More than one Y value then it isn’t a function, so the example aboue isn’t a function.
