Competitor analysis for three companies (at least three paragraph)

Assume you work for Srattec. The new project of your team right now is to hypothetically have struck a deal with Wal-Mart and will be introducing our line of premium BoltLocks into over 2,500 stores in the United States and Canada. This is the biggest deal with a distributer we have had so far for our BoltLock line. With this first run we hope to reach a new customer base and eventually move into all 8,000 Wal-Mart stores in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. So all you need is to develop a competitor analysis for three company Gentex, AXL, Delphi

Please develop a basic profile of each of your current three competitors – Gentex, AXL,Delphi. For example, if you plan to open an office supply store you may have three competing stores in your market. Please Check out their websites for finding the information you need.

Please write at least three paragraph to analysis these three company as your competitors.

Here are the suggestions that you could talk about:

What are their strengths? Price, service, convenience, extensive inventory are all areas where you may be vulnerable.

What are their weaknesses? Weaknesses are opportunities you should plan to take advantage of.

What are their basic objectives? Do they seek to gain market share? Do they attempt to capture premium clients? See your industry through their eyes. What are they trying to achieve?

What marketing strategies do they use? Look at their advertising, public relations, etc.

How can you take market share away from their business?

How will they respond when you enter the market?
